Waratah OM Oy
Waratah OM Oy is responsible for the product development, iterative design, manufacturing, and factory support of John Deere and Waratah harvester heads for new wheeled John Deere harvesters and for separate deliveries under the Waratah brand. The company has facilities in Joensuu and Tampere, Finland.
Outokummun Metalli supplies all the harvester head frames it manufactures to Waratah OM, which performs the final assembly of the harvester heads, including electrical and hydraulic installations as well as product testing.

Waratah OM Oy’s parent company is John Deere Forestry Oy, which is part of Deere & Company’s Worldwide Construction & Forestry Division. John Deere Forestry Oy and Outokummun Metalli Oy established Waratah OM Oy in 2003 and jointly own the company.
